The wool is lined on the insoles, and this is the only arch support that this slipper provides. The wool naturally compresses to the shape of your foot/arch.
This is a regular sizing chart (see listing pictures) and the width of the slippers is normal, so if You have wider feet please ask about proper sizing before buying.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
